How to Reset PIN number

1. Login to your account at ink.me 

2. Select Settings in the upper-right corner 

3. Select Unlink student card

4. Once you've unlinked via the web portal go to a Smart Station to reset your pin

5. Swipe your card and follow the on-screen prompts to link your card and set a new PIN
